No, this website is strictly limited to cuddling only. If any person on our platform is found to be offering anything of a non-platonic nature, they are permanently banned.

Your professional snuggler will have various ideas, from cuddling up on the sofa to just holding hands and talking. Some of our clients like to snuggle at a park or even while watching a movie at the cinema. It's up to you, within reason.

Typically you'll pay around $80/hour for a professional cuddler. The Pros on our platform are responsible for their own service and choose their own rates.

The service fee we charge the Pro is the lowest in the industry. That usally means lower prices for you. For example, it's not uncommon to see one of our Pros on a different website but with a much higher hourly rate.

Normally you pay the Pro by cash when you arrive and before the session starts.

They will wear what feels most comfortable to them. If you have a preference you can ask but it would be completely at their discretion.

This is also an opportunity to briefly review the rules of cuddle therapy and talk about any preferences you might have for your first session.

The professional cuddlers on our platform have a choice of who they accept as clients and occasionally this choice will come down to gut feeling. This flexibility is important to the Pros as we don't vet members on this website.

You can cancel without issue up to 12 hours before a session begins.

If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment we ask that you pay half of the session price. This is to compensate the Pro for lost business as it's unlikely they would be able to find another client for that scheduled period at such short notice.

If you cancel within 24 hours and your session includes a rental space arrangement prepaid for by the Pro, we ask you pay the full price of that rental cost. This is to compensate the Pro for what would otherwise be a tangible financial loss.
