Studio Ghibli
Studio Ghibli is good stuff. I honestly don't remember who made them, but both Suzume and Your Name were fantastic movies! Saw them both in theaters, which is rare for me to do for any movie
I like Studio Ghibli movies too! I'm excited to see the new one. I think Kiki's delivery service could count as Halloweeny being about a witch and she has a black cat. They are all magical though I like Howl's Moving Castle best for the steampunkyness.

I'll also mention The Love Witch. I found it when I was searching through top horror movies, but it isn't really a horror film. We watched it for movie night, and it was the greatest movie night of all time. I laughed so much I was in tears. The movie isn't for everyone.

Honestly all of the Ghibli films are amazing! ... not a fan though of "Grave of the Fireflie"
I love everything about October and horror movies! So I watch a scary movie every day in October. My absolute favorite movie is Crimson Peak 💗 And I always watch The Thing, Scream, and Alien.
Hell house series -- always a good jump scare.

I don't celebrate Halloween, though I just watch whatever movies pique my interest.
I like horror movies regardless of the season, but I’m especially stoked for the new Exorcist sequel that just came out. Will probably see it this weekend at the drive in. The OG Exorcist and Rosemary’s Baby are two of my favorite movies. I was quite pleased with Hereditary, though it left me feeling really bleak and empty for like two days afterwards. 🙈 You know a horror movie is good when it leaves you feeling twisted up and emotional afterwards…not just scared.
I really like classic horror, but I also just watched all five Final Destinations…they are all over 20 years old, so I guess that qualifies as well?
I’m a big fan of psychological horror, and there’s been a ton of great terrifying psychological horror movies over the past few years. Still waiting to watch Parasite when I am not multitasking and can read the subtitles.
I’m on an October X-Files binge. Spooky, sometimes silly, sometimes foxy (get it?).
