I miss gas being under $2/gallon, 25 cent well drinks on Friday nights at the Blue Planet in Dallas, and wide open pastures and ranches in all the areas that have since become overdeveloped with mixed-use multifamily multistory buildings that lack adequate parking.
But then I also miss payphones. Those were cool and fun.
I miss pogs. I’d carry my little plastic tube with pogs and slammers and play random people at the mall/arcade/school. Too bad they died out a few years before Pokémon hit the streets because playing for Pokémon pogs would have been amazing.

@GrayKunz Yeah, that's the cool thing about music. Every genre continues in the hands of somebody somewhere. The best part is when something like turntablism morphs into something more, better, or different. It's great you're still doing it!
@CharlieBear Oh my gosh, pogs!! I still have my favorites - I bought special sleeves for coins on Amazon and have them tucked into a notebook. Also have my slammer; it has a little fairy on it, and the background is a shimmery pink.
