The undercover pro phrase made me think of pros who are like watching people closely to spot them breaking laws or something and me being crazy about detective shows...I was like I like to think of myself as an undecover pro/secret agent who reports accounts who charge without being allowed to and so on.
But now that I know what you mean. Report those people too to help enforce law too lol
