The Log Out button should be much easier to get to. Very tricky and confusing for users.

Before being relabelled, it used to be the Self-Destruct button. That's why it's tricky.

I would just use private mode if signing out is something you’d want to do multiple times. Then you don’t have to worry about it.
I do laugh at the thought of people that make multiple accounts running into that issue, since they shouldn’t be doing that.
Never get a tattoo that says “Log Out” on your butt cheeks.

I've never needed to log out. Never wanted too.

@Bear 🎯 I have never seen or felt the need, however I'm connecting on my phone rather than a shared computer, where it could be valuable.
As a web developer it is normally in that position as part of the settings and profile. The reason it is not obvious is that most people will not use it and space on the home page is at a premium. It might be worth dropping admin a message as it would be an easy fix technically.
I know if it was in the profile menu drop down at the bottom, I would fat finger it every time on mobile.
