Don’t currently own animals but I have plans. Me and my partner want to get a cat named Morgana jiji, the names come from persona 5 and the first movie we watched together, kikis delivery service, she LOVED jiji as a character. If I were to ever own a bird (doubtful but hey who knows?) literally just chocobo, I know that’s a creature and not a name but final fantasy has been a major part of my life. Oh and an honourable mention, my friend has a cute female cat named…dave. I don’t know why that’s the name, but apparently dave’s not very nice sometimes.
Winnie the Pooch. One of my dog Zeus' friends we meet sometimes walking around the neighborhood. Cutie.

@Morpheus You're such a bad@ss for having a snake named after xXx! Can we see him? I named my SUV the same as your snake, so when people get in, I can say, "Welcome to...the Xander zone!" 😆
@tiredandchill 😄 I once named our deck squirrel Mr. Paws, only to find out the following year that it was a mama squirrel! Oops. 😁 We kept the name. Miss that sweet girl; we moved away many years ago.

1) The type of pet? I have a Dog and Cat
2) The pets name? Molly and Princess.
3) Why was it chosen? Molly chose her own name. When we’d adopted her the shelter had named her Erin but she refused to answer to anything we called her except Molly while I was saying “Good Golly Miss Molly”. Princess was the name my cat had in shelter and it suit her royal highness perfectly.
4) have they lived up to the name? Yup!
5) Would you share them as a cuddle partner? No.
I personally love pet names that don’t feel like they should be a pets name. Thought both of mine have generic pet names lol.
If I could name a dog I would name it Grandpa. For the pleasure of calling and scolding and the general discomfort it would cause those around me.
