To start with just be very open and upfront about the situation. As you gain experience you wil discover what works for you. Plenty of people are allergic to animals, it's a standard topic in the cuddle world.
Don't ever do anything in cuddling that you are not comfortable with. Not worth it. But do think about the discomfort, where it's coming from and whether you could or should do something differently the next time. Discomfort is a warning: listen to it, and learn from it.
How allergic are you? If the client put clean sheets on the bed and kept the pet in another room, or if you cuddled in a guest room the animal didn't frequent, would that work, or can you only go to pet-free homes? I would put a disclaimer in your profile if the latter is true. I see that you are very new to cuddling, but down the road, you may want to look into renting an office space; that way, you wouldn't have to worry about pets, and you get the added benefit of attracting better clients and increased safety.
