Women professionals in urban areas in the USA usually attract clients without too much difficulty. Men, on the other hand, usually attract very few to no clients and those that they do obtain are commonly other men. There have been a number of transgender professionals that I have seen, but I don't know what their experience was in terms of enquiries or bookings.
Los Angeles, where you are, is the most competitive market for cuddle professionals. Even though it's the place with the most clients, professionals do have to work a little harder there than in some other places.
Most clients search for either 'men' or 'women'. Try searching for your own profile with different search parameters and see when it appears or does not appear in the results. Tweak your profile accordingly. It does seem to be considered broadly acceptable to select a field in your profile which is technically untrue in order to appear in your target group's search results, as long as you are crystal clear about the truth early on in your profile. This is most commonly done with age.
