Comfortable cuddling anybody - no definitely not.
Need to know people well - I won't ever know anyone that well as I hardly message or cuddle so nothing would easily form. I can read them though, how the profile is written, the kind of pictures that are displayed, how they communicate. Using all that, I'll even have an view beforehand on how they would be as a cuddler.

@BrianOcean Based on Netrunner's posts, he violated the same rule three times in one thread. Seems like three strikes is enough. But then again, this is why I didn't take that moderator's job when it was offered, I have very limited patience.
Safety is paramount. I like to chat beforehand, but if we're cuddling it's best for you to say less and just cuddle me, ijs , we already had plenty enough conversation for me if you got me to trust you and now I'm lying in you arms.
@Gwynne42 the world needs many more people like you. I have empathy for most, even if I'm compelled to hug someone, I really wouldn't see myself doing so. You are an angel for so many it sounds like.
