There are only so many hours in a day, and most movies over two hours long aren’t good enough to justify that runtime. Once you add in trailers and getting to and from the movie theater, that’s just too much time for a movie if it isn’t good. I don’t want movie theaters to go away but that is partially why it’s much better in most cases to just wait until the movie is available on streaming.

I agree to an extent. Megadeths biggest barrier to success is their leader Dave. He is historically hard to work with and all his band members are a rotating cast of touring musicians essentially. His vocals are also grating snd he says some really cringe things over the years. I think biggest reasons that Metallica has been successful is a willingness to evolve, and they connect really well with their fans which is something that Megadeth fails to do. Plus they are a cohesive unit. Which again, Megadeth is not.
Though thrash music isn't my favorite genre of metal I will say that several who I feel don't get the credit they deserve and should be in the conversation more when talking about their influence on the genre are Anthrax, Testament, and Sepultura.
