Your opinion on having pro-cuddlers on this website?

Just adding my 2 cents. I would prefer if you made a section separate where professional cuddlers could post links to their sites. Maybe in an "additional cuddling resources" section. I like that this site is free and it's free to cuddle. I specifically came here because I didn't want to pay for cuddling. I have checked out the professionals and am not interested in that vibe although not opposed to it existing for those that like it.
And speaking of additional cuddling resources, after having my first few experiences with cuddling from this site I was thinking it would be great to have a list of resources that could help cuddlers, like products people can review such as pillows, couches, beds, etc. I've seen some fun stuff like a cuddle bed made of strips of foam so your limbs don't fall asleep.
Also, a place to review local public cuddling spots like theaters with couches or public parks.
My cuddle buddy and I were having a hard time finding places suitable for public cuddling. Resources would be great especially if users could leave reviews.

I found about a professional service through their posts here, and I hired a couple of professional cuddlers in March -- one when I was visiting DC, and the other in the New York area.  I had excellent experiences both times, so I have no problems with them posting to this web site.  A "professional services" section seems to be the best alternative to having them in the user profiles.

How about this:

1. They may not actively solicit users.
2. There can be a separate directory for people who want to find them (or a flag you can search by, "Free cuddlers", "Paid cuddlers", "Either")
        + So this would be a (big) setting in your profile I think?
3. If they happen to be a professional cuddler but want to cuddle for
free, they can make two accounts and use the service like anyone else
with their normal free one.
        + And their pro-cuddler account could have a link to their (legitimate) site if they want, like EkstrasBaso suggested ^_^

And it seems to be a good service and addition--I'd expect it'd go something like:   Try to find people to cuddle with.  If no one wants to, try to find a paid-for cuddler.
But that would be completely up to the user/client and initiated by them!

Really as long as people have to opt-in to even see them, I don't see the problem

Based on the feedback we've received, and from reading this topic, I have recently decided that having professionals integrate into our community is the best thing for the community as a whole. We are experimenting with different approaches and are developing new features with the aim of reducing interference between experiences.

We have professionals joining every day and it isn't ideal having a time consuming moderation policy against that. More importantly, we cannot ignore that a sizable portion of new members are looking for professionals. In fact, looking at cancellation feedback, we see people leave this website upon discovering an absence of that option. That includes people who initially wanted to create friendships around cuddling only to discover that a professional arrangement is better suited for them. We all want this community to grow so we have to find a way to cater for both types of members and the way forward will be fluid based on everyone's feedback.

A core principle of Cuddle Comfort is that everyone should be afforded the opportunity to cuddle with convenience at absolutely no cost. As this website grows, hardware and other running costs will increase. It makes sense to me that professionals give back to the community by contributing to those costs which will ultimately lead to more members.
