Hey yall, What are you looking for when visiting a host and what do make sure of when hosting? What green flags make you comfortable and what red flags tell you to get out?

@joax777 Welcome to the site! I don't go to anyone's house unless I know them well. I start with Public cuddles. By the time I get to someone's house I typically already know what to expect.
I almost never host either, but on that rare occasion, providing a clean, clutter-free, relaxing setting is top priority. By that point, they're already well aware that I pose no consent issues or financial threat, and have no hidden motives.
