I'm a man in Sydney, Australia and I have some affectionate cuddles to give!
I've been fairly active on the forum so you can get an idea about me from my posts, like this one and this other one and this collection. Oh, and this one was about cuddling being platonic only.
At this stage I've had eight cuddles, seven of them with professionals (plus one movie!). Some things I've learned about myself are:
... I enjoy giving just as much as receiving - sometimes more. It's very enjoyable to me to make the other person feel nice!
... I strongly value having good boundaries. I never cross them, and if you did it would make me feel yucky. It needs to stay 100% platonic for me.
... It surprised me at first, but I have no trouble separating the affection that can go with cuddling from romance. It's a different thing for me. It's lovely to have discovered an outlet for my affectionate nature! I love caressing a woman's neck, running my hands down her back, touching her arms ... within the established boundaries, whatever feels good to you.
... I value having an emotional connection with the person I cuddle, not just a physical one. Touch releases oxytocin which tells your brain that it's safe to let your guard down, so it makes it easy to get to know someone more quickly than usual. I'd love to know you!
The main person I've cuddled (a professional) wrote to me after our first session, "You were a very caring and thoughtful cuddler and I really appreciated how much you cared for me in our time together." I get a lot out of being cuddled (obviously! That's why I'm here), but I also love being in the role of a safe man who makes a woman feel cared for and valued. I feel protective of women in general.
By the way, I'm 46 and the woman I quoted is 21. Don't let age differences be a barrier to a beautiful cuddle!
And Canberra isn't too far for me to drive.
