Sounds fair.
@Morpheus, re: "Is it possible to accidentally touch a boob or a butt?"
Apparently, some people belive so, like this person who messaged me about cuddle session boundaries after our first session included several 'reminders':
for a couple hours worrying if I gently and respectfully caress your boobs or bottom from time to time , over clothes , or worried if in the event of massaging I inadvertently do so would probably be more frustrating then soothing .
@cuddlycristina I find it interesting because I have seen over 25 pros and have accidentally touched boobs and or butts while cuddling but have never once had a pro say a word to me about it. This hasn’t happened every time of course but it has happened. I remember one time specifically while cuddling a pro, while spooning, I must have accidentally put my hand on her boob and thought to myself, wait, what the hell am I holding lol I realized it was her boob and so I moved my hand. I was kinda embarrassed so I didn’t say anything. It got the best of me though because I’m extremely respectful. I sent her a text later that night apologizing and her reply was, “I didn’t even notice. I know you have good intentions so if I did notice, I probably quickly let it go.” My whole point for saying all of this is that accidental touching can absolutely happen. Groping is very different than accidental touching.
There is a difference between brushing against something unintentionally that is not boundary pushing, which common sense tells you may happen at times, and going out of your way to grab, grope, press against, etc. It is usually a pretty obvious distinction.
Not just during cuddling but if you have ever worked in a congested spot like a deli or restaurant it happens at work and if followed by a sincere apology it is usually ok.
Key word SINCERE.
Most people can tell the difference between accidents and purposeful . If you pull you hand away because you realize is different then you realize and try to get in a couple squeezes . Problem is men who obviously doing it on purpose pretends it was an accident . Seems like these forums so many are looking for loopholes rather than really wanting to respect boundaries . I’m so tired if people pretending they don’t know the difference .
Cancelation policies are similar with therapy . But we pay full price if we don’t give 24 hrs notice of cancelation . If my therapist cancels she doesn’t pay me . It’s general practice in service type jobs .
The rules for using this site are laid out to to protect everyone using it both personally and professionally. Pushing boundaries is against the rules and those that do should be held accountable for their actions. If it is a genuine accident that the clients hand brushes/touches someplace inappropriate then it should be up to the Pro to decide if the session will continue and if they feel it was intentional, then that person should be reported as well. Accidents do happen though and Pros, with the unfortunates of dealing with people trying to push boundaries constantly, can usually tell when something is an accident and when it is intentional.
On top of the Client Service Agreement, this is taken from the Terms of Service for this site:
Personal Boundaries You agree to never use this Website for the intent of meeting another member for sex. You also agree to never attempt to progress a meeting, organized via this website, to a sexual nature.
As pushing boundaries is against the site policy and determining if it was intentional or an accident is up to the person that was violated, I am closing this thread.
