The original question is only asking how people feel about terms of endearment in a first message on CC attempting to establish a relationship leading to cuddling.
I’m not a fan of pet names regardless of who they come from, but in my day to day life I seem to be more lenient or accepting of it when they come from women or when I am back in NC.
Back to the question, however, it bothers me A LOT if a guy calls me babe, honey, or sweetheart (etc, whatever) in the initial message. For me it’s become a red flag because nearly everyone I have given a chance who has done the above has tried to cross boundaries in a session. It’s a no-no filter for me and honestly, I just find it creepy/testing the platonic boundaries from the get go.
I am not your sweetheart, honey, or babe, but I can be a friend. My name is Bri and that name can be used as often as they would like to use it.
