No spot to cuddle

edited February 2019 in General

Hello everyone, I'm in a small town and no big groups of cuddling nor anyone in the area so far who wants to cuddle. I am currently broke and in a situation where I don't have space to cuddle. Any ideas of being able to cuddle when you don't have money or space? I'm stumped. Suggestions would be appreciated.

As for finding someone to cuddle with, based on your profile, it looks like you've had more success than a lot of us.

    What's a youtz?

    I mean what's a sopt? A September sock? A soapy apartment?

    Inquiring minds want to know...

  • @chococuddles I want to know what's sopt also, lol! So bored, in a cuddle state of mind!

  • Think your bigger issue might be finding someone to cuddle. Chances are they live somewhere and that might be a good cuddle spot or cars make for great portable cuddle spots.

  • Yes I meant Spot, I was tired when I wrote this.

Throw several blankets in the trunk and go to a park. Or find a movie theatre with seating that has removable armrests.

  • @Bigandcomfy - movie theatres cost money and she said she was broke. There's always the library, if you can find a quiet corner.

Apologies @SunnyD "spot" didn't even cross my mind so I guess I must have been tired too. ^_^

  • Thank you for all the suggestions guys. @chococuddles it's all good. I've made plenty of mistakes like that myself.

How about a hospital chapel. Just make sure the parking is free

  • Coffee shops are good as long as they have couches, so check the photos on Google Maps beforehand. Makes for a very cheap cuddle since coffee isn't expensive.

Movie theaters are prime cuddle spots if you can find one with moveable armrests, and if you can go on their reduced price day (usually Tuesdays) or to a matinee, it's much cheaper. Plus, you're not buying concessions because your hands will be otherwise occupied, and the food's where the real expense comes in for movies usually.

Riding a commuter train would be a good cuddle session as long as the seats have removable arm rests. Single day passes usually aren't that expensive and might be cheaper than gas and entrance fees to meet someone farther away. Plan around peak commute hours to give yourself some elbow room, and have your cuddle buddy catch the train at the nearest stop to him/her and join you in your car while you ride to the furthest stop and come back. Bonus: train seats usually have a tray or table, an outlet, and free wifi, so it'd be super simple to set up a laptop and share some earbuds to watch a movie or listen to music while you cuddle.

  • Cemeteries work nicely. They’re similar to parks, but people are even less inclined to mingle. This can be a plus for those who are shy. Also: it’s not odd to sob.

Public libraries can be nice. No entrance fee, there are generally plenty of places to sit next to someone, everything's nice and peaceful, plus you have books to read!

  • Same for me. I'm thinking in a car or somewhere that has couches, if you explore the area you're around you might find somewhere.
