Has any one done it ? How does it work and how much does it cost? How to book ? I am in Houston Thanks
Expedia or Priceline help alot
In my area, only seedy places have short stay rates. A room at Red Roof runs $57 to $73. AAA or senior rates often save.
Overall, I live in New Jersey and usually host my cuddlers, but if the woman is in New York and cannot host I will go to a nice hotel in order to have a nice atmosphere there for cuddling. Makes it more pleasant for both of us!!
@Tonybravo1 Try dayuse.com. Looks like quite a few choices in ur area. Usually they have nice business class hotels on there and nothing seedy.
If you get a motel room. Do not pay for the room until the other person shows up. Don't make that mistake.
Try Hotel tonight (app in Apple and Google stores). Although you can get a room a few days in advance the best deals are the day of. I use it all the time as I can't host. Hotel choices go from basic (motel 8, days inn) to boutique luxe.
Edited to add that the room goes from $60-200 depending on the type and level. I usually end up paying less than $100. This is in Southern California so your cost may be different depending on where you are
I'm always traveling anyway and pay for hotels by the week. So it's never a problem to host in nice clean rooms
Tried Dayuse. One hotel available near me. Two different 4 hour options available at $80++. Better off at $54 RR
I recently paid $54 with tax for a hotel room, with tax included. I turned the hotel key 🔑 in with no problem because I got a cheap deal. Also the cuddle was more than worth it. I would do it again!
Wyndham is a reputable hotel/motel line and they have several rooms under $70 available in the Houston area. Some member prices are around $50/night. It’s always a good idea to read up on reviews, as you can find some great deals. Not all budgets motels are of low quality.
I’ve cuddled at one once it was good experience me my self I wouldn’t pay for one but if you have to I’d say GO FOR IT no ones mentioned using AIRBNB as a option normally there are cheap prices for one day or more better than hotel pricing
Do not book motels! Those places are gross. Try a hotel or Airbnb.
The problem with airbnb is it is usually more expensive when they charge a mandatory cleaning fee. I looked into it and was disappointed in that.
@melancholy has a good point. It might say 50 bucks but then by the time you book it is 80 with fees. Or will end up being a room in an occupied house with shared facilities which can be a little awkward. Better off going on Hotels.com and finding a good rate at a hotel or motel sometimes
Wyndham is an excellent company. They are a good parent company to several hotel chains. I've also found redroof inn to be good as well.
If I were having a sleep over I would be more selective about where I stay, but if its only a few hrs who cares really
Short stays, as there called around here are pretty nasty. Usually used for a quick rendezvous or late night get away for young or married folk. I’d avoid that. The probably aren’t cleaned very well either.
Sunday through Thursdays generally will get you lower rates and greater availability. There are cheap and scummy which I avoid, and then there are cheap, including short stay, which are decent. I can't stand paying a lot for only a few hours out of principle. I feel like a fool paying $100 + and walking out after 2 or 3 hours. If I'm staying the night I'd pay for a better hotel. If you have AAA some chains give discounts.
Every time I swipe my card at a hotel I get a fraud alert from my bank.
Here's a tongue in cheek review. $25 SHORT STAY. Just outside Detroit.
@SpartanGuy that is a perfect yelp review of a short stay. “Friendly dealers” hilarious. I wouldn’t expect anything less from East land motel.
@BashfulLoner
There is actually actually a worse place on the border of Detroit. The MnN Motel.
Hourly rates are hard to come by with hotels and it be a decent place. I wish that wasn't the case. I always struggle with the limitation of the check in and out times too...You are stuck with after 3p and before 11 am. I haven't yet met at a hotel/motel to cuddle.
@SpartanGuy I like the conveniences offered by that hotel.
@FunCartel Bring your own deadbolt. LOL

Visiting my family in Lake Tahoe and San Francisco is a 13-16 hour drive away. At the halfway point is a town called Tonapah, NV that has an interesting motel. It has good rates and is in a quiet area, because the neighbors are all dead.
Hourly hotel rentals are often in disgusting rooms with stains on everything.
I have gone on Dayuse.com a couple of times and found good hotels for good prices that are at discounted rates for a block of time . Did it at Embassy Suites in Georgia . Block of time was for noon til 6pm .
@pmvines I am surprised that Embassy does blocks of time. Normally large chain hotels are very regimented.
