I like to cuddle because it helps lower my anxiety. The few cuddling experiences that I have had were amazing. I found another way to be able to relax, and to reduce my stress. I like to cuddle mostly in silence (if it's dark even better) while listening to relaxing music. I find it, and it feels so peaceful.
