Hello. My photo won't upload, can anybody help?

Hello! I'm new and when I try to upload my photo it seems to just upload the stock image. Can anybody help?

    I see a face! Glasses, dark hair, background is a wall with various flag products... not the stock image. Something must have worked.

    I had this issue for some time.

    I tried from another source and give it some time when you upload. I found the process didn't happen instantly.

    There may be a technical reason for this, maybe bit I don't know. Hope that helps a bit :)
