Cuddling is a very powerful experience. When I was running a wellness center, I hosted Cuddle Parties, which I recommend to all the members here as a way to experience the power of cuddling. The parties have the advantage of having someone guide the group, set the ground rules and facilitate group interaction. I'm not a professional cuddler, but I am a trained massage therapist who already knew the power of touch. We clearly live in a society 'out of touch' where most inhabitants only know touch in the context of sexual activity. Thus, all the taboos around touch. Cuddling is one way to overcome all these associations and to open one self to the wonderful benefits of touch.
I enjoy conversations with members of this site, so feel free to send a message. In terms of cuddling, I don't like a lot of traveling theses days. I'm open to having a cuddler at my place (the kids are grown) or traveling a short distance. I do have cats, if that is a problem. Initially, we could meet for coffee, but I would prefer going to a museum, an outdoor concert, gardens and the like and establish a level of comfort.
It has occurred to me that I should explain my profile name. This is a nickname bestowed on me by my friends. I am not a medical doctor. I am a licensed pharmacist and in the old days we were known as the poor man's doctor. These days, most pharmacists have received a doctorate degree and have earned the right to be addressed as doctor. I, however, am an old-school pharmacist.
I have no allergies, no age concerns. I am not asexual, but I know how to honor boundaries and control myself. I prefer those who present themselves as female with a gender fluid definition of what that may be.
