Nothing current, but since my mom died in 2003, I've made changes to the house. I put new siding on the outside so I wouldn't have to worry about painting it every few years, and I replaced the back deck. I repalced the boiler twice. The latest one is two years house, and is a combi boiler that heats and makes hot water.
