Probably nothing. Since I’m on a deserted island in the ocean odds are I’m never getting off and going home. I’m going to die there eventually. I’ll live off the land for as long as I can until that happens. just try to relax and enjoy a vacation from my everyday life and the fact I have no earthly material or superficial worries of living life in the developed world. However if I absolutely have to pick one thing, then it would probably be a bottle of the world’s best whiskey... just to make it interesting.

I hope there’s coconuts and fresh water on this island. Otherwise all I need is pen and paper to write my final thoughts.
It's not specified if there is saltwater or freshwater surrounding this island or if there is a source of freshwater on the island, I'll assume there's a source of freshwater. Also depends how big this island is and what's already on it as far as resources. I could say a boat or helicopter with a full tank of fuel but that's no fun. Considering the amount of backcountry kayak camping trips I've done in the middle of nowhere with no cell reception and no one around for hundreds of miles, from experience alone on islands I'd say:
1) A pot (Lifestraw clogged up on me many times, so I had to boil water) 2) Leatherman Wave Multitool (contains a knife, saw, pliers... using bushcraft can easily make other tools from wood)
That's about it, If there is no source of freshwater then I'd add a solar still or a tarp to create one.
The radio programme 'Desert Island Discs' has been running continuously since 1942. It allows castaways on the imaginary desert island eight discs or records of their choice, and of course a record player.
They are also permitted one luxury item (which must be inanimate and useless for survival, escape or communication off the island) and one book (in addition to complete Shakespeare and a Bible/Koran/etc).
