As cliche as it is, I love red roses !
Night blooming lilies, orchids and jasmine. Ya know so I can actually enjoy them in bloom

Mine is the purple iris also. Had a ton of them in our yard when I was growing up. I currently have about a dozen in my yard. Roses run a close second.
