Anyone having trouble uploading a profile pic

When I created my profile, I uploaded a pic from my phone with no problem. I was only able to upload one for some reason, the site would not allow me to add a second. Not a problem. I recently cut my hair and wanted to update my pic. Deleted my original, and now I cannot upload anything! It would work for pics, downloads, screenshots, on my phone or on my laptop. For a week I have received a message that my account is muted because of this and now I am getting a message that my count is at risk for suspension. Tried emailing but have not heard back. When I hit the upload button on my phone, nothing happens at all. When I hit the upload button on my laptop, it looks like it goes through, the image does that think with the line moving underneath-but then nothing. What should I do?

    @AnxietyBgone dropping a line to a Mod or mark himself would net the fastest response with the most likely fix.

    Well Sideon is the one I'm most familiar with and Mark is the actual owner and there are 2 other Mods but honestly the tags escape me atm

    @AnxietyBgone ~ To tag you just put the @ symbol before their name (without a space).

    Pics won't load if an incompatible size. They need to be bigger than 400 x 400, for example. But there could be other issues too... 🤷‍♀️
