I suggest adding “All rights reserved, Copyright (your name or business name) 2021” to the bottom of your page. This is not required by law but at least you can say that you made the intent to copyright your writing if you want to defend it.
@TheGMan I love this information but for other reasons.
I feel terrible that these ladies are having things they’ve written copied and pasted to someone else’s profiles.
And I always feel this way about the Internet; Anything that that you are willing to post online, someone else is willing to steal. I’m sure many of the ladies photographs have been taken from this website. It is a risk we all run because we want things from this website.
I think Cuddle comfort would have a problem with that @MrPaul i’m pretty sure that they own all of our content that we post here.
But, it’s the Internet. Who really owns anything. I can screenshot anything I see online

@Envie: even without reading the tos, she still could make a case that she is within the bounds of the websites policies. It’s a separate issue how the moderators decide to handle such issues. Due diligence of reporting from our side needs to be done. Your case is interesting in the sense she copied personal “hairstyle” info.
@Mike403: I wouldn’t call it defrauding. She did something that’s frowned upon. Defrauding example would be not reporting earnings to IRS on tax returns (separate issue)
@Importance: It’s not just the internet. It happens in day to day physical realm. Knock off goods. Intangibles. Store layout. Lemonade stand arrangement, etc.

@TheGMan - There are many different types of fraud. It's any action done to intentionally deceive somebody.
