@mtp maybe it's more that the men who DO have particular preferences re:how a woman 'should' wear her hair are simply more vocal about it.

Sadly even in 2021 there are some very outmoded concepts regarding what hair 'means', and a shocking number of men who feel entitled to dictate to a woman what she should do with any part of her body, hair included.

It's worth bearing in mind that while opinions are fine, and I appreciate the input from everyone that has replied-when it comes down to it, I do what is right for me and my body, and if anyone is narrow minded enough to not be able to accept that, and furthermore- feel they have a right to dictate my actions, I'm glad they make that clear early on so I know to avoid them 😁

    My body, my choice.

  • @BuggleBear well the conehead jokes usually happen when a bald male/female pair are out and about together, though in this case I meant the ones we make to eachother. I'm always kind of saddened if they don't come up lol feels like a wasted opportunity to laugh at ourselves in a good way but I'm often told I'm weird soo...

@NightShift39 nowt wrong with weird, mate.

  • @spuds, no offence, but making a shaved head a deal-breaker for cuddling is daft. It just doesn't matter. It's not relevant. Cuddling is nothing to do with physical attractiveness.

I know a lot of people prefer to cuddle with folk they find attractive, and that's ok. We prefer to do almost everything with people we find attractive. But to make it a deal-breaker is to elevate it to a point way beyond its true significance.

@Importance Hmm, the general opinion people who post on the forum I'm guessing, are not an accurate representation of CC as a whole. So it's possible the people who are posting on here genuinely don't factor in hair length to a great extent. For example, pretty much everyone calls out blatantly sexual/harassing messages in the forums, yet it's pretty rampant in PM.

Back to the forum topic: People can do what they want with their hair, I don't care as I am not them. Me personally, I find longer hair to be generally more attractive on women. I also like playing with hair while cuddling. It doesn't matter to me if a guy has long or short hair.

  • This is what society thinks when women shave their heads.
