Of the three items presented: If you're cleaning a bathroom, the glove will be best at keeping your hand clean. If you're resetting a change counter, the paperclip will be best at pressing the recessed button. And if you're making a note, the paper will be best at preserving the marks of a pen.
But which is best? Why you can't just answer? I am frustrated with you and will ignore you.

Nothing and no one is always better than everything and everyone else, at all times, in all places, for all purposes and all people. Take boy bands, for instance—some are better than others at staying on key without mechanical assistance. Some are better than others at making teenage girls put up posters of them in bedrooms across the planet. Some are better than others at making money for their producers.
There can be overlap. There can also not be. So it's important to specify when asking the question: which group is better at what?
A paperclip is a lot worse at keeping a human hand dry than a glove or a piece of paper. But it's a lot easier to push a little recessed button with a bent paperclip than with a floppy plastic glove or a crumpled receipt slip. So which is best? It depends.
"Better" is vague because it's never objective. Clarification is required.

I think it's probably the scrumpled paper. The problem is I just don't have enough experience of plastic gloves.
