I like Ritter Sport Dark Chocolate with Marzipan. It's from Germany. My favourite regular dark chocolate is Cadbury Bournville.

70% chocolate bar, and my favorite dark chocolate has cayenne pepper in it! Great in hot cocoa as well with a cinnamon stick.
One thing that wasn't on there that should be an honorable mention is called a liquid truffle! It's drinking chocolate (different than hot cocoa which is powder-based). It is the most intense drink I've ever had in my life!

@Sheena123 I know right?! The last time I made it I followed this recipe... Just look up french drinking chocolate if you want more details!! It's all to taste in my opinion... No wrong way to make it.
Half and half or heavy cream! A bar or two of at least 70% dark chocolate Powdered sugar (Optional) espresso powder
Chop the bar into shavings or pieces, melt it slowly in a pan with the cream and sugar (and espresso powder) with a whisk, stirring constantly. Don't let it boil... Pull it off and serve immediately with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top!

I used to work at a sawmill next store to a Nestle factory, the smell of fresh cut wood and warm chocolate was a hell of a fringe benefit!!! Also they sometimes sent us free cookies, lots and lots of cookies....

@LadyTigress13 My favorite burrito/taco place (it's like Chipotle but WAY better) makes Chili Chocolate Cookies, I always end up buying one or all of them. I've also tried the liquid truffles (NOT from the burrito place), comes in a shot glass. It's so rich it makes you feel like Jeff Bezos during a covid lockdown!
