What’s the most comfortable thing to wear when cuddling?

Wear whatever is comfortable; at minimum, shorts and a tee shirt or tank top. Some people wear pajamas or yoga pants.
Skin on skin contact can be very beneficial and releases oxytocin, but note that the phrase "lots of skin contact" can be interpreted as sexually oriented, even if it is innocently intended.
Both the Terms of service (for everyone on this site) and the Client Service Agreement (for professionals and clients) disallow cuddling nude or in underwear only.
I typically where basketball style shorts and a loose fitting soft cotton tee over undergarments meant to keep jr tucked safely out of the way so his antics don't make my cuddle partner uncomfortable. Oh and soft fluffy socks (my feet are like concrete slabs so best to keep them covered)
Satin pajamas (yes, with underwear underneath) are my favorite.
I think the most comfortable clothing for me is some comfortable shorts (exercise shorts/basketball shorts as Nightshift39 said, etc.) (with underwear underneath, of course), and a loose-fitting cotton t-shirt.
Scuba gear.

SOFT thin cotton, shorts and t shirt.
I like cycling shorts and a tank top with a baggy t-shirt and another pair of loose pyjama shorts over the top
Big tshirt and pj shorts. With underwear. I will check with my partner ahead to see if it ok to remove my bra only bc it can be very uncomfortable for me. But am always willing to leave it on or wear a leisure type one. I also like to establish safe zones for us both.

I like oversized cotton tees and soft pajama shorts. If I get cold I’ll wear a fleece pj set and get a nice fluffy blanket to cuddle under.
I typically wear tshirt & yoga pants.

Yes the early 80s version. Particularly the weird transparent raincoat/one piece skirt.
Yessss!! I am partial to her wide selection of lamé pants with the clear decorative bowls for bras. Sassy....and useful if a cereal or ice cream bowl is needed during a session!
I like to have the best of both worlds. I have personally flayed a guy two sizes larger than me. I wear his skin over mine so my cuddle partner can enjoy all the skin contact she wants without me breaking the TOS.
I usually wear leggings/yoga pants & a tang top. It's comfortable and works with almost all positions.

Me, I just wear the standard. Underclothes, cotton pajamas. Long pajama pants in winter, short in summer! And sometimes socks, depending on temperature.
