Anyone tried the 'How Bad Is Your Spotify' Bot?

I got rekt. My taste in music is apparently manic-pixie-dream-girl-wet-ass-dancing-queen bad, although I'm only 5% basic, so I got that going for me, I guess. But after seeing other people's results... I don't think it ever gives a compliment.

    Mine is insanely varied, from ancient folk, through classical composers all the way up to death metal with stops through Disney songs show tunes zydeco and a million other genres that have people telling me, I wouldn't have pictured you listening to that lol

    I'm being lazy. Can someone explain Spotify, and does it require a subscription/membership? Years ago I used Pandora, but the ads were infuriating. Spotify has ads too, or no? What are folks' experiences with Spotify - good, bad, ugly?

    @Sideon It's free by default but yeah, there are ads. I really hate the ads, so I pay a monthly subscription. Overall I like Spotify, it plays my music and podcasts without any issues and that's all I want it to do.

    And @Alison08, that is a mood, being called out by Spotify's shuffle :joy:

    I love Tidal, but I believe it's subscription only. $10/month normally or $5/month if you're a student. It was founded by a hip-hop artist Jay-Z. I hate hip hop(or most rap). Good thing the service is highly diverse musically.

    @Sideon I pay. I love it. It's great for discovering new music, creating playlists of exactly what you want to listen to when you're in mood a, b or c, you can share your lists with buddies, etc. Two thumbs up.

    I was on Pandora. Then Rhapsody, which turned into Napster. Yep - Napster. I've only ever shared song lists through there. I may have to get with this decade and switch over to Spotify.
