Cuddling before or after a long marathon

Is anyone here actively running marathons or ultra marathons?
Would you rather cuddle before or after a marathon? Or both?

    I was just about to ask before or after a shower? My ex loved to cuddle up with me while I was still sweaty from a workout. I couldn’t get with it. We’re still friend though. Best ex wife ever.

    But I digress. I haven’t done any marathons. My longest run was 10k. I’ve also done a number 5k events. If I had to choose between the two, it would be after since usually I just want to lay up and relax afterwards.

    My exwife also like to smell me while still dirty sweaty from work, particularly when I worked at the speed shop

    I like to be alone with my thoughts prior to participating in either a half or full, so definitely afterwards when I am showered and able to relax.
