Pros that do anything other than cuddling are called escorts. Nothing wrong with it, but let’s just call it by it’s name.
That is simply not true, at least not in the UK. For a start, the word "escort" is a euphamism for "sex worker". Secondly, the activities described in this thread fall neatly under the category of "companionship" which is an old and well-established occupation. It's not particularly widely known, and sometimes is confused with escorting by the ignorant. In the modern world it's sometimes called things like 'rent-a-friend'. One of the growth markets in the companionship industry is in people visiting cities alone, and seeking a companion while they are there.
Also, if you want to call escorting by its name, its name is "sex work".

I have had cuddle partners who have also been friends so we've cooked meals together, watched movies at home and in the movie theater, gone for walks, hang out, sometimes worked on projects together, been to protests together, gone on jazz crawls, Christmas walks, played board games, gone to regional burns, and cried on each other's shoulders.
As for individuals I've met on CC, I've only either cuddled in person or had correspondence.

Went hiking, went on a few nice walks on a nature trail and just talked about everything, sat on a bench and just watched a river

Cool thread!! … with one cuddler she noticed the hookah on the dresser & made a funny comment about it lol so I asked her if she smokes hookah & she said yeah & was down to smoke 💨 so we did & while chilling & vibing to music 🎶 she showed me several music recordings she did with a family member & started singing 🎙 I was surprised at her singing skills & the cuddle time turned out to be much cooler than I imagined.
I feel so boring compared to some others here... Other than just cuddling...? Conversation, going out for food to general gathering, prep and consumption of food/snacks/treats, long drives/sight seeing, going on walks, puzzles, games, movies, reading... but all were with a cuddle element... and all have been pretty chill. Sigh... no adrenaline cuddles here.
