    If he/she/it is friendly and a good cuddler like If it was Johnny5 for sure.

    There's no such things, as aliens, if they did exsist it would prove there's no God, but there is a God and there is no aliens :) it wouldn't cuddle with satan, he is the alien;)

    Not trying to cause a fuss - I’m just curious how the existence of aliens would prove that there is no God.

  • Religions have a way sometimes of teaching egocentric thinking and if it's not in the scripture than it didn't happen. That's why he said it would prove god doesn't exist

    What if aliens turn out to be the beings commonly referred to as angels, archangels, demons, devils, Satan, etc?? If God exists, aliens (angelic and/or demonic) would also have to exist.

    I would cuddle with Predator as long as he keeps his mask on. I would cuddle an Ewok. I actually have a Shih Tzu that looks like a fat Ewok. Not sure if I would cuddle any other alien.

  • If they respect boundaries, are kind and immune to covid... I just might. Heck I'll even cuddle a soccer ball that I put a smiley face on at this point.

    @dontremember Some alien abduction investigators have concluded that aliens are not extra-terrestrial travelers but inter-dimensional travelers, and have nefarious motives.
    So they may well be demonic beings disguising themselves as alien astronauts so we will accept them. They have tailored their appearance to suit today's culture. In the past they appeared as pixies and other "mythical" figures. In ancient Roman days they were seen as flying shields (combat shields) in the sky.

    @demonlord cuddling is not about attraction. If you think it is, you have missed the point. The clue is in the repeated use of the word "platonic".

    Choosing your accountant based on looks is foolish. Similarly choosing your cuddle partner. I don't mean that looks aren't a thing in human interaction - obviously they are. But to promote them to the top of the list in a cuddling context is ... less than ideal.

    Remember what perceived attractiveness is all about. It's an initial assessment of breeding potential based on physical characteristics. If you're not going to attempt to breed with somebody - and in a cuddling context, by definition you are not - then caring about their attractiveness is detrimental to your own interests.

    Separately, this thread appears to be based on the assumption that the alien in question is made of matter and not antimatter.

    @Comfy_Arms I don't know him, do you think it is a good idea I cuddle with alien Wilson? Lol.

    @CuddleDuncan well said.

  • @CuddleDuncan since it seems antimatter is pretty rare I would say it's safe to assume. Besides, if an antimatter alien did try to come cuddle on earth I doubt it would be able to get anywhere close to you. Hopefully it's a small one if it does happen though
