Hi all! A cuddle client is trying to post a review and he can't figure out how. I can't see how to do it from the pro account. Can anyone give me a step by step for them? Thanks!!

    You need to have sent three messages to the client but also must have received three messages too. Then they visit your profile and click the Karma tab.

    Anyone can do it. It's called "karma" they need to go to your profile or the person they are looking for and looks for "karma" they should be able to figure it out from there

    Just a reminder to everyone: Karma is intended for post-session reviews. Any pre-meeting Karma is subject to removal on a case-by-case basis.

    @Mark What is the policy and what are the expectations of pros regarding responding to clients and or potential clients?

    There is no policy on this currently. Pros are free to ignore enquiries and ultimately back out of a session.

    The exception to the above is if it is done to an excessive degree and in that case their account would be at risk.

    I realise this might not be considered ideal. At some point in the future I suspect there will be incentives for the pros to improve on this and for the clients to have an expectation indicated to them from the profile they are viewing.
