Thought I would keep the cuddle community aware of the 1st human bird flu H10N3 case; not surprising it's in China. Not sure if there is human to human transmission. Vaccinated and decided not to wear the mask?

The virus that got everybody excited a few years ago is H5N1. This is a different strain altogether, which is considered to be much less dangerous.
Not at all surprising that it was discovered in China. Aside from the population question, China has much better virus-identification expertise and infrastructure than most of its neighbours.
Cross-species transmission is not rare in itself. I used to have a cat that was susceptible to colds, and whenever he had one I got it the next week.
@CuddleDuncan Maybe cutting off relations would reduce transmission.

Viruses are everywhere we are mortal beings, worrying about it only weakens your immune system. If the next pandemic kills me I won’t have to worry about it because I will be dead.
