can we all talk about stupid friends. Like my friend signed me up for this site and dont get me wrong it was a great decision but honestly like he is going on my profile and messaging people for me like really why. I changed my password so hopefully that will help. Any suggestions on how to deal with her

    Depends on the manner and intent of the friend when they sent these messages out. Were they being malicious, attempting to be funny, helping you do what you otherwise wouldn't? Mind you, the intent wouldn't matter to ME because someone I trusted invaded something personal to me, and needed to be shut out lest they continue to walk all over me. But I'm less forgiving like that. Others are different, so I'm curious to know the answers to the questions I gave thus far, AND if something like this is normal for you and your friend. Because if it is...*sigh* :(

    I would report this member as this is against the terms of this site. It's not just whether it was malicious to you, it was an unacceptable deception of this community, no matter if was done with good intentions. Even though it brought you yo us.

    Not that the original post isn't thought-provoking in its own right. Among other things:

    "He is going on my profile and messaging people for me," OP says. "Any suggestions on how to deal with her"? Interesting. Gender-fluid friend? Poor grasp on pronoun usage? Badly performed lie?

    So many possibilities.
