Would a woman pay $500 an hour for the best cuddles in her life?

I’m on here cause I really like to cuddle. It has really nothing to do with the money other than cuddling takes up time that I could be working so I have to charge. That’s why my rates are low. I could never just do this for the money. I have to love what I do if it involves money. I may someday raise my prices when I cuddle more clients. I just know in the past I could never pay for a cuddle appointment because I couldn’t afford it. And I know that women don’t really need to pay for cuddle appointments because they can cuddle anytime. But I do appreciate a professional cuddler because they know the boundaries. But I just had my first cuddle session on here and it was amazing. And the guy gave me a good tip. So it worked out anyway.

My best cuddle sessions are probably free. Hugging the old people at my nursing home. Priceless.
I’m probably worth 500 bucks an hour but I would never charge it that would be disrespectful. Unless The person was a millionaire and 500 bucks was like 50 bucks for him.

@kimberly77 your profile suggests you are nothing but awesome! I certainly wish I lived closer to you 🤗. As with many things, those most in need of cuddle therapy often can't afford it, but those whose lives are changed by it know how priceless it is!

  • Oh thanks guys for the beautiful comments! If you’re ever in the Cleveland Akron area look me up❤️💛

@UCpaaHVg6u0 "Also, what about those cups that collect the menstrual flow rather than using a horribly environmentally poor product like cotton? Money is one thing but what about the planet?"

Menstrual cups aren't right for every woman, they can be uncomfortable, cause irritations, some women have allergies to the things they are made out of or:

    "A menstrual cup
    can be messy
may be hard to insert or remove
may be tough to find the right fit
    may cause an allergic reaction
    may cause vaginal irritation"
    https://health.clevelandclinic.org/tired-of-tampons-here-are-pros-and-cons-of-menstrual-cups/amp/

    Ease of use

Menstrual cups aren’t as easy to use as pads but can be similar to tampons in terms of insertion. Learning to remove the menstrual cup can take time and practice, but usually gets easier with repeated use.

    Holding volume

Menstrual cups can hold varying amounts of blood, but on heavy days, you may have to rinse or change them more frequently than you’re used to.

You may find it helpful to talk to a healthcare professional before use if you have:

vaginismus, which can make vaginal insertion or penetration painful

uterine fibroids, which can cause heavy periods and pelvic pain

endometriosis, which can result in painful menstruation and penetration

variations in uterine position, which can affect cup placement

Having one or more of these conditions doesn’t automatically mean that you can’t use a menstrual cup. It just means that you may experience more discomfort during use.

    Cup aftercare

Reusable menstrual cups should be washed and wiped clean before being reinserted into your vagina. Your cup should be emptied at least twice a day.

    https://www.healthline.com/health/menstrual-cup-dangers#how-to-select-the-right-cup

Given their need to be clean after each use, and sterilize at least once a month: it isn't an option* or feasible for every woman.

Difficulties with finding the right fit (unlike returnable items, such as trying on shoes, we for good reasons don't have the option to return it either), they can also be a learning curve, which can be really difficult to go through that kind of trial and error for women who struggle with the initial investment or to manage it for one reason or another. Due to health reasons they may not be right for all women either.

  • "I updated my hourly pay rate to $500 an hour. I think it's a total bargain. What do yall think?"

I think you are just trolling the forums.

Let us know when you have a full book at that rate. I'll verify it by checking the booking system.

Hard Knock Rule of Life. A woman nevers has to pay for anything to do with cuddling, sex, or anything relational. One vagina is worth more than a thousand penises.

Let’s not flirt with misogyny, okay? - Babichev

  • @markdtenrten - Unless you’re talking about jobs, in which case one vagina is worth $.82 compared to one penis, even less if they are black or Latina.

I don’t think the op is trolling at all … he’s having fun, & the $500 price tag 🏷 isn’t final (In his profile he mentions “ask for specials” & “put your bids in” … yes the $500 gets attention, but it isn’t the requirement to book him. I see it as fun / a conversation starter / breaking the ice / standing out / the op’s playful personality.

    @.....Babichev.....why entertain the vulgar language?
Comes across as racist and misogonystic. 🥺

I missed the racist part. Yeah, definitely misogynistic. Should have issued a warning. Will go back and do that. - Babichev

  • @Babichev Not true when you control for all relevant variables (job title, experience, etc.).

  • @jon5821 that was a really interesting video (& funny lol) ty for that !! I’ve wondered this.

Let’s not turn this into a debate about the gender wage gap, okay? Because you know it’s going to devolve into a mess and get shut down. Keep it civilized and keep it clean. No bashing, no insults. - Babichev

For the record, some of the information in that video is misleading but I’m not going to get into the details of it. Let’s just stay on topic. Agreed?

  • @cuddles_ndream Lol no problem, if you like his sense of humor that channel also has a funny viral video called "Things you're doing wrong every day."

@Babichev No problem, I didn't intend to derail the thread I was just responding. But yes agreed.

  • @jon5821 - thanks. I did like the “One Weird Trick” in the intro. I see those all the time online and want so bad to click on them just out of curiosity but I won’t. Maybe one day I’ll go to the library and click on all of them on their computer. I used to go to the library about once a year and read all the (usually “women’s”) magazines that had clickbait kind of titles on them just to see what they had to say. They were always disappointing. :)

No lol I would hire a professional with professional prices 🤣

  • I would if I had the money laying around and the cuddling is really that good lol

  • "A woman nevers has to pay for anything to do with cuddling, sex, or anything relational."

I wish that were the case: that we weren't having our boundaries crossed, sexually assaulted and traumatized while trying to find others to share with or provide platonic comfort to.

Though if you're talking money, then I think you're right in that usually being the case.

There was a thread once asking women their favorite things about being cuddled by a man, which was heart-warming. Things like, strong arms around you. Feeling safe, especially for women who have difficulty feeling safe around men and/or crave that feeling. It definitely sounds like there is a product there, but for various reasons, there is not a lot of transaction volume, to say the least. I have at least one friend who is a male cuddle pro, and almost all of his clients have been men. I don't want to guess at all the reasons, but the way men and women are socialized is part of it, and women having less money is part of it IMO.

At a cuddle party, it's women, not men, in my experience, who are asking if they can do dishes or other work trade instead of pay a $20 or $30 ticket price. The adjusted gender gap is irrelevant if you just want to know who has money. California apparently has the lowest gender pay gap in the country because of strong laws (88%), but if you Google "san jose median male income," it says $50k for men, $32k for women. That's 64%. You'd get a different number if you only look at full-time salaries, or you only look at tech workers or only compare people with the same job title. Even if a bunch of the difference in that 64% (which no one is citing as an actual "gender gap" number) is women choosing to work less (to focus on their children, or volunteering, or have healthier work/life balance), or work lower-paying jobs (which may be underpaid, like teachers!), it's still the case.

As for what price to charge, people can charge anything for their time. Whether they will get it depends on a lot of factors. If you are able to tap a market of wealthy clients who are relatively price-insensitive, for example, you can charge more, or if you are making claims of benefits beyond the usual benefits of cuddling. If we're just talking about cuddling, though, personally I have found that cuddle "quality" does not necessarily go up with price. There are all sorts of reasons someone might set their price higher or lower. A really, really good cuddle does not have to be expensive.
