Double page spread in Closer magazine

Very happy to report that our own @Healing_Cuddle has had her own two-page spread in Closer magazine. (Actually, you have heard of it - the French edition published those topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge a few years ago. ) I know her very well and she's lovely - one of the best cuddle therapists in London.

The article doesn't seem to appear on the website so here's a picture of the print version. We're not over the moon about the headline but the article overall is very positive.

If it's hard to read try left or right clicking and going from there. The underlying image is perfectly readable.

    Hmm..yeah that headline kind of sucks. but that's cool that she is having a successful cuddling thing going on :)

    Yeah the headline does seem to insinuate something that isn’t there.

    @KB62 yes. It's not about the money, it's about the human care. Technically the headline is true - and the journalist presumably knows what kind of headline goes down well with the readership - but it's a bit clickbaity (yes I know it's a physical magazine, but still .....).

    They could have said the same thing without sensationalizing it.
    “I earn my living as a professional cuddler.”
    “Professional cuddlers bring comfort and compassion.”
    There’s hundreds of ways they could have worded it that didn’t sound like a tabloid.
    At least it’s presenting pro cuddling in a favorable light.

    It's kind of unfortunate that like many articles on the subject it portrays two women cuddling, leaving the impression this is a female-female thing.

    Hope Ani rose pays her taxes. She just put her financials on blast. The article does give the cuddle community exposure. A very baby step to normalizing platonic human touch.
