All that grey hair

Got so much more of it since I first joined this group.

  • You two would be unstoppable:

  • @CallMeMikey I have more gray, but less hair 😂

  • To quote the comedian Gallagher when he lost a hair on his head "I don't want to look old but then again it was a hair" 😄

  • @JoyfulHeart When I went to my 20 yr HS reunion in '99, I was thankful for two things, after seeing some of my classmates.

My hair was still, predominately, dark.

My hair was still, predominately, on my head.

  • @CallMeMikey you still got good hair on your head or was it good head on your shoulders......... :)

  • Dang... I keep hoping all the stress will finally turn it all grey, but no such luck! Just a bit of tinsel strewn about the muck (yes ~ the color of my hair is 'muck' but now with some x-mas cast offs too)...

I've started to go grey already (I have a few very pale grey/white hairs around my parting) and honestly, I quite like it.

Getting old and going grey is a privilege not everyone gets to have.

  • My partner has a few silver hairs. At 30 he's really too young for it—but I think it looks nice. I like the contrast... and it reminds me how much stress he's survived. (Ah, retail.)

If I follow my dad, I won't start graying until I hit my fifties. 'Course, while my hair is as thick as Dad's, I did get my mom's hair color. We'll see!

  • @DeadGirlWalking definitely agree.

@DaringSprinter my dad and his 5 brothers all started going grey in their mid 20's. Their sister didn't start until her 50s. Mine started in my 40s but has taken on a life of its own the last 5 or 6 years.

    Gray is wisdom.

  • "Oh, well, a touch of grey kind of suits you anyway"

    🚫💡 ~ no idea
went to fix a typo and lost it

  • I've had this grey since my late 18's. My uncles were the same at that age too. I always wanted it to go full grey, idk i think it would look cool.

The forums give me gray hairs, too.

  • I think In just a few more years I’ll have a full grey beard lol, I noticed my 1st grey on my chin when I was 25 (give or take) & now at 37 going on 38 my chin is 80% grey with scattered greys on my beard.

  • I started getting greys in the mid twenties. But when I shave people think I’m in my early twenties.

  • There are lots of the body systems, parts & processes that can change or disappear completely as we age. Losing hair and/or going grey is among those things that doesn’t kill us, slow us down, keeping us from a good quality of life or trigger other system failures. So let’s be thankful it’s hair we lose and not something more important.

  • Oh. Hair. Not hare.

  • One friend of mine told me I was going gray...unfortunately I don't think I am. It would be cool if I was though.
