Is this REALLY for cuddling? I feel like I'm missing something...

I am genuinely here for cuddling. However I've received multiple messages that seem coded for something else...am I just super naive to think a cuddling connector app really exists that truly isn't about anything else? Or did I miss the secret memo.that this is a hookup/escort site?

    Just report them, block them, and move on. Debating this or that aspect of the legitimacy, in the forums, just harms the community and frequently ends in posts getting locked and bans of people that don't follow the Terms of Service. This topic has been discussed ad-nausium. Peace.

    @MyBe11e This place is not perfect. You will find certain dust in the surface and yes, it does exist here. That dust does not define the majority of good peeps here.

    Just walk with care and trust your gut. If this is not for you, the account can be closed, but this dust is everywhere too.

I can attest that there are many fantastic peeps around but it does take a bit of screening and time to get your bearings in order to quickly week out the ick.

    Searching through the hundreds of threads will help you see that this is a topic always on the table. "How to filter out the ick"

    At the slightest hint of anything else, Block and Report. Do not make excuses for them. Do not give the benefit of the doubt: the mods have had plenty of practice, let them deal with it.

    It may take a little while, but you will find the nice people soon enough.

    It is just for cuddles, but anyone can sign up and sometimes that means people who aren't here for cuddles sign up. This happened just a couple weeks ago for me. It's just something you need to deal with.

    @uggie Please report those who send sexy pictures to you. It's very unfortunate that there are so many people who either don't read the rules, or completely disregard them. This is expected to be a platonic site... nothing sexy or romantic.

    How do I report a member?
    Visit their Profile, then click the white button with three dots (it's near 'Save to Favorites') and then click Report.

    It’s annoying that there are pukey men on this site. There are good ones too. There have been some great advice so far here about what to do: “block and report” from @CuddleDuncan is concise and accurate.

    Do the men who try to get sex worker services on a cuddling website also do this else where? Do they try to take their planes in for servicing at an auto mechanics’ shop? Do they go to a bakery and try to get a cocktail? Do they go to a pharmacy and try to get ayahuasca?

    These men who try to get sex here aren’t only wrong they are confused & probably get lost in grocery stores.

    @Gallowglass I think you mistakenly attributed the comment by @Syins to @MyBe11e ? In any case, it's understandable to me why a new female member would get this impression between getting bombarded with nonplatonic requests from men and seeing a lot of women using marginally to blatantly sexy profile photos. But yes, we're all trying to make platonic cuddling a thing.

    ETA after several more comments, this site actually gets more toxic by the day.
