  • @OhioMike - Mine took video but the quality was so bad, you couldn't see what was going on. It only had 1.44 megabytes(yes, with an M) to work with per disk.

  • Mine had that mini cassette that you put in a VCR converter to play in your VCR ๐Ÿ˜†

  • @OhioMike i used a stamp not so long ago lol

  • @cuddles_ndream I bet it was like "forever" ago ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ (I couldn't resist! )

  • Stamps used to actually have an amount on them and when they raised the price of postage, you couldn't use it unless you used two stamps.

  • ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  • The music 2 of my sisters use to party & go to the clubs to in the late 80โ€™s / early 90โ€™s lol

  • Oh, man I thought I was the coolest when I got my first water bed! ๐Ÿคฃ

  • @SCityCuddler - Me too, and how cool it felt when it sprung a leak in the middle of the night.

  • @Mike403 So, true! ๐Ÿ˜‚

  • @SCityCuddler that was luxury! ๐Ÿ˜…

    I just upgraded from my iPhone to this cool new shiny black one.

  • My dad was telling me that back in the day, you couldn't purchase a (landline)phone. They were rented from the phone company.

    @OhioMike Do you have one of these on your FORD?

  • @Btown I don't believe I do ๐Ÿค” please tell me if I do. "64 Galaxie 500 XL and "63 Fastback.

  • @FunCartel I wonder if any know what that blue paper is ? ๐Ÿ˜†

    @Mike403 your father is correct. Yep you rented your phone and your rent payment was on your bill.

    @OhioMike It's a steering wheel know or better known as a suicide knob.

  • @Btown well alrighty then ๐Ÿ˜‚. Should I add that to the steering wheel? Pretty cool looking

  • [Deleted User]Btown (deleted user)

    @OhioMike It does look cool

  • A couple more โ€ฆ anyone experienced these ?

  • Every Latin household ๐Ÿก in the 80โ€™s / 90โ€™s

  • [Deleted User]Btown (deleted user)

    These were fun.

  • @Btown that was the 1st cellphone.

  • @Btown those had the best everything unlimited plans too! ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’›

    @cuddles_ndream @Ohio43
    No cell tower necessary either.

  • WOW, this takes me back... LOL... Here's my first computer (not my pic):

  • @Btown: Nobody ever mentions that you have to hold the string taut! My youngest siblings thought they could use it with the string pooled on the ground just like they'd always seen it in pictures.

    Even the sister I used to talk to this way has probably forgotten how it works now. We both abandoned the tin cans pretty quick when Dad came home with a couple sheets of cardboard and some components. Build your own walkie talkie! Worked reasonably well within a radius of three feet (which was cooler when there was a wall in the way).

    Does anybody remember these?

    I was pretty sad when mine gave up the ghost.
