@Babichev Whoa, loved that Medieval "Jolene"!
@Lithellyl "Gravity of Love" is taking me back! I remember that one! You might like this...
~ Sunset Snuggles
Work music 😌
@Btown So true; I love many different genres, but oldies takes the cake!
Love Steven Colbert doing Ed Sullivan introducing BTS.
@SunsetSnuggles - if you like Jolene you may like this one, too. Pumped Up Kicks is my favorite but Jolene is a close second. Love the rabbit with the bow and arrow.
And then there’s this dubstep version with Marquese Scott. Yes, he’s really doing that.
Feeling nostalgic for my old blues/fusion dance scene which faded out of existence long before the pandemic. This was a favorite tune and I had a couple of favorite dance partners who were perfect for it.
Another one I first heard dancing. sigh
The first time I heard this was late at night at a small blues dance weekend. There were two guys from Spain visiting, both of them amazing dancers. I got to dance with one of them to this. It was bliss. It wasn’t just that he was a beautiful, skillful dancer, he had the ability to bring out the best in his partner. By the end of it I felt like I was the most amazing woman on the planet and maybe for a moment I was. Ry Cooder and Ali Farka Toure - seven minutes of Ai Du.
@Babichev Fascinating how she reimagines the lyrics! Will definitely check out more from her.
Loved seeing the dubstep video, it's been a favorite of mine for many years! He is incredible.
Jackson - covered by Trixie Mattel and Orville Peck
Those vocals...
