@achetocuddle @DaringSprinter I was debating about this one…
@Maverick07: I'm glad you decided to post it. Delightfully awful. Reminds me of my childhood!
I remember when that SNL skit was funny.
Edit: Oh wait. No I don't.
Re-edit: Did I get the sarcasm right?
What's the last thing to go through a bug's brain as it hits your windshield?
It's butt.
@Babichev the Jewish version of the Ollie and Lena joke is that she tells him “the soup is for the shiva.”
@4bearhugs Your sarcasm is on point. 💯

Now is when I say, “that joke about Iraqi women is really offensive.” And then people on this thread say, “Iraqis have a sense of humor; they really don’t mind this joke at all,” as if your one friend being ok with this type of humor gives you permission to denigrate everyone who shares a characteristic with him. Grow up.
This is a dark humor site. If you don't like it stay the ---- away.
So racism is ok because you think it’s funny? I am not going to see it that way, @Btown. I’m surprised the site is letting this stand. But it doesn’t make it right.
And anyway, defending something by saying it’s a joke doesn’t actually help us define, as a community, what’s acceptable?
Are all “jokes” ok here or is there some line that shouldn’t be crossed? I know how I feel about it. What about you guys?
@MonkeyNeedsAHug I refer you to the very first post on this thread. And besides I thought you were out.
I was out. I took some time away from the site. Came back and saw this tired thread getting more tired. If the mods won’t stand up to racism, I will. Sorry if you don’t like it.
Content removed as requested. As this entire thread is not to your liking, I expect you to not participate here in this thread moving forward, @MonkeyNeedsAHug [-Sid]
Lol
Everyone. If you don't like a thread or content, move along. For those posting in here, there is a greater chance you'll get flagged and then mods may have to step in. I'm not of mind to close this thread, but I am asking that you think twice before posting. If this thread gets too much heat, it will get locked and/or moved offline.
Fair warning.
@Btown I don't get the Iraqi women and teeth one. Would you be kind enough to enlighten me?
@CuddleDuncan: I understood it to be a reference to wife-beating—dark humor at the expense of abusers who'd rather no one ever knew. Kind of like this joke I grew up with!
Q How are Christian kids and trash cans alike? A They both leave the house only once a week.

A They both leave the house only once a week.
If you get offended by something that is said on the internet, maybe you should stay far away from it. It's a warzone on there.
@CuddleDuncan My good friend who is Pakastani told me that joke a few years ago. It refences the abuse Iraqi women endure resulting in them having only one tooth. Maybe it's funnier if your Pakastani?
@Btown thank you, it all makes sense now!
Yeah stay away from racist jokes. Tell dead baby jokes instead.
Painful and dark! Def. not racist w context, but culturally inappropriate, which I can take.
I think it's been fairly tame. Thanks for dropping your jokes.
I think we all knew the stuff posted on this site would be inappropriate. But we can release our inner badness and leave it here.
I can offer some discontent if a line was crossed, but since I wasn't aware of the context of the joke, I kind of let the cards fall first. While domestic abuse and battery are def. not light topics, the original joke was misjudged and misleading, but met proper dark comedy requirements. Lol
Did you ever see Stevie Wonder's barber?
Neither did he.
So I am in New Orleans and my suite overlooks Bourbon St. In the conference room down the hall this is what is going on today. Is this because of access to test subjects?
