Temporarily Timed out

edited July 2022 in General

I seen a cuddler that’s been on here for more than a year, a pro. we interacted a few times and as recently as yesterday she responded to me. I read it, and went to respond today and it says the user has been temporarily timed out. What does this mean, i never seen it before.

Also is there a key word search that I’m missing? I would have just looked it up but i got frustrated.

  • It means their account is suspended. It usually happens if they broke a rule, but it wasn't bad enough to warrant a permanent ban yet.

  • Sometimes it's just an administrative matter, like their credit card has expired and they haven't uploaded new details yet.

The search function on this forum is ... well let's call it a work in progress. You are often better to use google like this:

    optional term "required term" site:www.cuddlecomfort.com

  • Thanks for the new tool in my tool box @CuddleDuncan

I’ve seen temporarily suspended for rule breakers this timed out message is new to me, I’d guess administrative action, but we will see

  • Suspended is indefinite. Temporarily timed out is set for a specific period of time. The latter expires automatically, the former expires when they take care of the problem. Often the time out occurs with a pro when they have been warned about something - often circumventing the booking panel - and have continued to do it. They may get a time out instead of getting banned as a way to let them know this is serious.

  • Is that the same as "Acccount is paused?"

Sometimes when they fail to get the 15% payment from my account my account gets suspended /paused till I pay it
