Remember the same reason you shouldn't take your googled health symptoms seriously and should go see your doctor, remember not to take the opinions of everyone of you so seriously. Take serious the opinions of those who actually know you, care for you and who are giving you loving constructive feedback.

2

Surround yourself with people who can see your best and who light your way when you need.

Let go. Let go of what's weighing you down - I know easier said then done, it takes time and we all have our way to let go of negative energies. Though when you balance yourself and let go of what doesn't matter anymore and what you've no control of, then you can fly.

Feel free to share your happy thoughts, how you overcome downers and challenges!

  • Most definitely, these are all important. I'm still trying my best, but these are a few things I learned in my life.

Self-love. It may seem easier said than done, but we are often so slighted by our weaknesses and faults and we get consumed in negativity. It is important that all people with a good heart (which you do, some people just don't know it sometimes) have value and self-worth. Precious friends and family surely see that and it is important to see it too. I did a lot of medication to find myself and my own discovery. I may still have some self-loathing, but I know I am worth it and I can truly say I have love for myself.

Accepting failure. This is one I recently learned myself. For so long I was so scared of making a mistake and being a failure. I am very hard on myself, but I let my failures consume me and that isn't the way to be. It's okay to fail, it's okay making mistakes, and it doesn't mean you are a failure. It just means we are human. Instead, I'm trying to turn this negative energy from failing and use it to fuel what I need to do to succeed. I can learn from them and grow as a person.
