What’s everyone doing for Christmas and New Years this year?
I'm spending Christmas in Philadelphia with my family. I have a few good cuddles booked. New year's Eve night I'm booked for an overnight cuddle and some time on the town with one of my favorite cuddle clients.
No plans for Christmas and work New Year's eve and day so I'll just raise a glass at midnight and head to bed - rock and roll! Lol
I will be spending Christmas with my beautiful family. We will drink, play games and have fun. For the New Year, I will be in Naples and California as per my job. So I look forward to a lot of traveling.
Working all day at my other job.
I'm spending Christmas trying to get over a nasty cold. I plan to go to a get together at a friend's for New Years. Happy Holidays to everyone.
My thoughts are with those who are working all day and night in hospitals, fire stations and police departments, Denny’s and other “we never close” restaurants, filling stations and convenience stores, and the others I’ve forgotten, on this Holiday. Whether you celebrate Christmas, or simply deserve some time off as the rest of us get for Christmas. Thank you for being there.
@Greybeard Thank you. It's nice to know that it's appreciated... ^^' I've worked a lot of holidays at my other job.
Going to see my parents tomorrow (Christmas in the Netherlands is weird like that) and going to visit my nephew for his birthday, last day of the year. I hope everyone is having plenty opportunities to cuddle over the holidays!
Merry Christmas everyone, reguardless of your plans, I hope you all have a beautiful day today<3
Here are my plans for the day: packing!!! Will be looking at Virginia in my rearview mirror in five and a half weeks!! Hello, Florida!!
Merry Christmas everyone! Jim
@BlueIris I guess I haven’t been following too closely. I had seen you talk about going to Florida, but I thought it was just a retreat from the snow. I didn’t realze you were relocating. What part of the state have you targeted? I spend a bit of time in Orlando, but I’ve been looking around the state for a more desirable locale to set up a permanent wintertime base.
@Greybeard Am in the process of buying a condo in Clearwater. It is a retreat from the snow and the cold -- a permanent one!! Housing is still affordable there. My new place is only 20 minutes from the beach.
I researched Florida for at least six years then kept an eye on the Clearwater area for the past two or three. It's gorgeous, people are friendly, and I can deal with the heat much better than the cold. Seems to be a fairly liberal area, Scientologists notwithstanding, and there's a lot of artsy stuff going on in the area. Feels like home whenever I'm there.
We went to my wife’s families house last night on Christmas Eve. It’s a typical large Latino family with a lot of amazing food and good alcohol and drink. We had a great time and played the game called, Thays what she said which is kinda like cards against humanity. Hilight of the night is when my wife’s cousins boyfriend proposed and she accepted. Lowlight of the night is when I dropped and broke 3 bottles of wine :-/
Holed up with wife, kids, tree, presents, and cookies - it was nice.
