Today I kayaked in the early morning, golfed in the afternoon and now I am at a Blues concert. Sometimes life is good. Hmm, maybe I should start a brand called Life Is Good. Nah. probably wouldn't go over very well.

This is so very hard to do when a person feels like you currently do, but try to smile and/or say hello to every man, woman and child you meet. It effects your brain in a small but positive way. Also maybe one of those people will engage you and make you laugh or otherwise entertain you. Try not to miss an opportunity to do a small nice thing for someone (hold the door for man or woman carrying a lot, offer to push someone's shopping cart back inside if you are going that way anyway, etc.)
Sometimes the feedback is big and nicely surprising. Or PM me and vent. Several people have lately

The gracious and genuine, "Thank you, ma'am!" from the cowboy at the grocery store, when I complimented him. His kind eyes, ginger beard, and fierce style made my day. 🤠🐎🌄
I have worked hard to reach a place where I had the confidence to give compliments to strangers, and it always makes me feel even better!

My entire day, honestly. Did a management meeting off work-we did an escape room, had lunch & then went bowling together. I met up with @Nature_Lover_ for a mini adventure of treasure hunting and laughs, & then spent my evening mela prepping with another friend and catching up on life.

I got the double whammy on scammers today. I logged on here and got a message from a new member who I was quite certain is a scammer. Normally I ignore them but I returned a brief message. Then I found out someone had just submitted a report on them. Then my phone rang. I hardly ever answer any more unless I know the number because it’s usually this scammy business that calls every day, sometimes 3 - 4 times/day. I answered, just for fun, and kept them on the phone for 10 minutes, wasting their time, then confronted them about being scammers. They hung up on me. I returned to my messages and the scammer guy had been banned. What’s the chances of me getting contacted by two scammers at the same time? I know it sounds weird but that made me chuckle.
