I am noticing that certain profile pictures have a star and a number indicating how many 5 star Karmas that user has. Is there a setting for that? Some have them and some don't.

It appears after they get 5 karmas. That FAQ says it only happens for professionals, but that seems to be incorrect.
Yes @CuddleWho It appears to be random. I see them on enthusiasts and Pros alike at any level of Karma. But I don't see a setting for it.
@PeopleLikeUs others can give you Karma. Think of it like a rating. And you can give others this rating based on your interactions with them.
It was previously only for professionals, but then it was changed to be for everybody. It is a site policy, not a user setting.
I have a hazy recollection that the threshold is five five-star Karma (not five Karma).
@PeopleLikeUs are you saying that the star and number sometimes appears on the thumbnail with, say, 3 Karma?
@CuddleDuncan - On closer look it does appear to be five, 5 star reviews and above. I have six 5 star reviews so that would mean I probably have such a badge on my thumbnail. It's both enthusiast and pro.
I’m wondering what the question is exactly. Perhaps I’m just a little confused. Anyway, happy cuddling.
@PeopleLikeUs If you search for cuddlers in your area, you will get yourself in the results, and can see for sure.
