Well my online username use to be Rainbow, I used it with my online friends on most social media. On time in a group voice chat, I told my friends Rainbow in french is ''Arc-en-ciel'' and one of them started to call me Rain-a-bow. Then everyone did and & I just short it out to Rain. Thought i use RainsCuddle in here, cause it sounds like lots of cuddles 😊🤍
Mine is the phonetic sound and spelling of the letter J, which is the first letter of my name. Swoope is my paternal great grandmother's name. So, I just combined the two.

Well I usually use a different name I won't mention here but was a bit embarrassed to even be on this site and didn't want to use the name I'm more well known by so people can't look me up on Google and find out where I've been posting.

It's kind of easy to figure out once you know what DID stands for. I have dissociative identity disorder, we like cuddles.

I wanted to make it clear that I was here for my mental health and wouldn't be comfortable with anyone who wasn't willing to be respectful of that. It was essentially a way of testing if this place was actually safe before I even attempted to meet anyone in person.

VERY as it both gives us a sense of privacy and safety so we can feel more comfortable.

Not much, it's not like I'm going to choose a cuddler based entirely on what name they have. I care only enough to be respectful of other people's privacy and what they want to be called other than that their names don't really effect me.

There are a few alternate names I had tried but they ended up being too long or not working for whatever reason. Trying to type in the full name of what DID stands for, was never going to work, I tried a few variations using the word system which is another way you can refer to someone with DID as a System or part of a system but that wasn't working either. Finally settled on the name I ended up with because it fit within the character limitations and made sense for what I wanted to convey.

Mine breaks down in 3 parts: Kamikazi because I was suicidal playing Call of Duty and would just run in and kill people before I died. Ninja because I was stealthy getting lots of my kills. 86 is when I was born.
I chose this name to be something different than older usernames I use in other places. It means a few things: CS is for Computer Science (I got my degree last year), n is just short for and, MUS is for music, which is what I was studying before computer science and still has a lot of significance in my life today. 87 is the year I was born (1987).

Mine was given to me by a co-worker, she was waiting for me to finish inputting a long string of data and I noticed some were in wrong upper/lower case font, so I had to go back and fix, while she’s standing over me waiting to go to lunch. When others in the group asked her ‘are you coming or what?’, she replied back to the group “hold on, I’m waiting for Rainman to finish his typing” …and it stuck ever since.!
Mine is living life in French. When I chose it I was thinking in the song Viva La Vida ( ColdPlay) Then I realized it was the wrong translation but I liked the meaning of vivrelavie so I just kept it. I love languages in general and French is one of them. I also wanted to express that life is so beautiful and short that we need to enjoy every minute of it😊.

I was call of the Griz as I was growing up. Then in 2000 I went to a public pagan ritual. People had their own personal magic names. I wanted a name like that. One of my spirit guides came to me and said the brown bear was my name. When I said that in the next meet up, everybody just started calling me Bear.

Mine is very easy, @waynewv , I’m originally from WV, West Virginia, name is Wayne, for some that are not up on the states WV is a separate state, not just the western part of Virginia. I get a kick out of some of the names and even looked at their profile to try figure out what the name means.

@waynewv If I remember correctly, the area that compromises West Virginia used to be part of Virginia, but they separated just prior to the War for Southern Independence.
