My inbox has 24 PAGES of messages, down from 30 a few weeks ago. I delete conversations regularly - partly because 1) they end up getting banned 2) they end up deleting or 3) I initiate the delete because as @Sheena123 nicely stated, I don't need to carry a conversation by myself, or 4) people get weird that I'm a mod ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Thank all of Thor's abs this is my personal inbox, and not anything related to mod or forum flags/tickets.
edit/post script: My apologies, I didn't read the title. I'm quite male.
It varies.
Honestly it comes in waves. Some weeks I’ll get a ton of messages and book back to back sessions and then I can go long stretches of not getting a single message.
This week I've had 7 messages it's been a slow week. Some days I have more than 20 new messages in a day. I reply to everyone. When I see someone wants to keep chatting and wanting attention but has no intention to book a session I stop the conversation, simply because I don't have time to entertain people that aren't actually planning to cuddle.
Not many. Once in a blue moon
I might get 2 a week.
In the last 24 hours I've had 4 new guys initiate a conversation with me. That's not the norm though.
I definitely don't fit the assumption of "women get flooded", but out of curiosity I looked back to count. I counted conversations (not individual messages within those threads)
October: 1 in total - my initiation with someone not local
September: 10 in total - probably my most active month ever! Of those, 4 were local (2 decided cuddling or this site wasn't for them; 2 didn't feel like a good fit for me)
August: 3 in total. Of those, 1 was local and we had successful meetups!
I used to spend a lot more time chatting with non-local folks, especially when I was feeling a lot of disconnection during early COVID days. I don't do that as much anymore.
I just joined a few days ago.. it’s a lot. I try to talk to everyone that says hi. A lot of people just looking to chat because they live way too far to actually meet. I don’t mind talking to people. But there have been quite a few local as well.
